Juan Pantoja
Juan Pantoja has over twenty-five years in the entertainment industry. He expertise runs from MUA/FX to Director of Photography and Directing. He is highly trained and certified as a professional makeup artist through Joe Blasco. He spent a decade teaching other artists through MAC Cosmetics. Juan got his BA and MFA degrees from Full Sail University. In 2018 he opened a film studio called Dolphin Image, located on nine acres in central Florida. He’s worked on feature films, shorts, commercials, music videos and more as a DP and Director.

Randy Holland is a seasoned entertainment professional in his own right. He was an actor/model and dancer for over a decade, touring and entertaining crowds of all sizes. He’s also an athlete and a talented musician. What we call in the industry a triple threat, Randy has experience in it all. Yet, Randy had a calling to do good in this world, and that led him to a successful 20 years in Law Enforcement, that eventually gave him tenure as Chief of Police. Now retired, Randy is returning to his roots, to tell his story and bring meaningful music and movies to the masses. Randy is the owner and operator of Tiger Power Studios, LLC, currently set to produce the feature film Texas Grit in 2023.

Jon Ernst is the Owner of Los Angeles based ShowRunner Music. Jon has over 600 credits as Music Supervisor on some of the top shows on television networks like MTV, FOX, NETFLIX, NBC and more. Jon Ernst is a much sought-after music supervisor, composer and songwriter. Jon’s television career began as “PianoBoy”, the on-camera MD/DJ of the classic MTV game show “Singled Out”. Jon was later tapped as the music supervisor on MTV’s Mega-hits “The Hills” and “Laguna Beach” and has continued to work in that capacity on innumerous other shows since. As a composer, Jon scored most episodes of VH1’s legendary series “Behind The Music”, and these days still contributes more than his fair share of original songs, themes, and instrumental background scores to TV shows everywhere through his ShowRunner Music banner.
Recent projects include Netflix series “Love Is Blind”, “Selling Sunset”,”Last Chance U” and “Cheer!”, and MTV’s hit docu-soap series “Siesta Key” and “The Hills: New Beginnings”. A native of Chicago, Jon studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston and is a graduate of the University of Florida.
